| it's all about the ART... |
| For me, it has always been all about the art. My entire life I have been enamored with the illustrated art form - from favorite fashion (and superhero!) comics to paper dolls illustrations to the Masters' finest oils, watercolors, or penciled sketches... I've drawn since that first penned elephant on an encyclopedia front cover. Paper dolls drawn for classmates were followed by jr. & sr. high art classes, followed by college courses in pursuit of a degree... Of course, there have been lapses - dry periods, I suppose they could be called - when no artwork has been completed at all... though I did continue with sewing, handcrafts, knitting and crochet. Now, after all these years of just "re-printing" old, favorite work, I begin anew. You'll soon see new, inspired images - illustrations, paintings, even more paper dolls - a part of a celebration, of sorts, of the life I now am re-creating, building here in this new location. I am liking it. |

| All of these original paintings are currently made available in the form of prints - 5 x 7, 8 x 10 and 11 x 14, framed or not, according to buyers' request or preference. | These are actually enlarged images of the original paintings: Each original is only 1" x 1", black & white (neutral theme) acrylic. I plan to frame the originals (images of which I will add to this site shortly). I will also frame reproductions (limited editions of about 100 or so, I think) in this 2" x 2" size. |
