| 2. We guarantee customer satisfaction of all regular product purchases made through our website. If a product purchased does not meet expectations - either through wrong sizing or damages during shipment, for instance - we will gladly accept its return for exchange or credit. We only ask that you follow Returns/Exchanges Policy directions that will be included with every order shipped. |
| 3. In regard to each one-of-a-kind by artist consigned product that we will showcase, we cannot guarantee that the item will look on hand as it appears on our website, though we make every effort to represent each item as accurately as possible. |
